BAS Plus Service – $350 per quarter

$350 per quarter – Professional BAS preparation and lodgement with comprehensive transaction review and cleanup. Ideal for businesses with up to 1000 transactions per quarter who need detailed transaction review and GST optimization. This service also handles overdue BAS lodgements and compliance issues. Quarter-to-quarter service billed in advance of service – cancel anytime with 14 days’ email notice prior to next period billing. Price quoted is for one quarterly BAS lodgement with clean up of transactions.

What’s Included:

• BAS preparation from your existing accounting records
• Overdue BAS lodgement assistance and compliance cleanup, if applicable
• Detailed review and cleanup of up to 1000 transactions per quarter
• Transaction categorization corrections and GST classification review and adjustments
• GST calculations and reconciliation
• Electronic lodgement with ATO
• Payment advice and due date reminders
• Email confirmation and copy of lodged BAS
• Email support during business hours

What You Need to Provide:

• Access to your accounting software
• Your accounts categorised and bank reconciliation for the quarter completed
• All receipts and invoices for the quarter
• Bank statements for the quarter
• Any additional documentation we request for clarification

Does Not Include:

• Transactions in excess of 1,000 transactions per quarter (see BAS Plus service or contact us for custom quote)
• Bookkeeping services outside of BAS preparation period. See separate service.
• Business advice beyond BAS queries
• Penalty or interest payments to ATO
• Payment of liabilities due to the ATO
• Amended BAS lodgements (charged separately)

This purchase is subject to completion of Useful Money Stuff Accounting’s engagement agreement, which will be provided after purchase. A draft version can be downloaded here. We reserve the right to accept or decline clients based on our service capabilities and professional standards. Work will commence only upon mutual acceptance and signing of the engagement agreement. Refund available less merchant fees if engagement terms are not accepted or full refund if we are unable to proceed with your engagement.
