Complete Australian company formation including ASIC registration and basic compliance setup. Basic company structure with shareholders holding one class of ordinary shares only. Software setup (your choice of accounting software) including invoice template setup. Note: Software subscription costs are billed directly to you by the software provider and are not included in our service fee.

• Ongoing registration fees e.g. registered office service renewal (from $200/year)
• Ongoing accounting software costs (from $0-80/month depending on software selection and business needs) – you will be billed directly by the software provider

This purchase is subject to completion of Useful Money Stuff Accounting’s engagement agreement, which will be provided after purchase. A draft version can be downloaded here. We reserve the right to accept or decline clients based on our service capabilities and professional standards. Work will commence only upon mutual acceptance and signing of the engagement agreement. Refund available less merchant fees if engagement terms are not accepted or full refund if we are unable to proceed with your engagement.
