$200/month – Professional bookkeeping services with bank reconciliation, transaction categorisation, and monthly financial reports. Ideal for established businesses, retail stores, ecommerce retailers and online retailers (e.g. eBay sellers), consultancies, and growing service businesses. Bookkeeping for 51-500 transactions/month and payroll for 1 employee being the business owner. Requires accounting software already to be set up. Month-to-month service billed in advance of service – cancel anytime with 14 days’ email notice prior to next period billing. Price quoted is for a monthly period.

What’s Included:

  • Bank account reconciliation and linking (multiple accounts supported)
  • Transaction categorization and coding including coding for tax purposes e.g. GST
  • Monthly reports: profit & loss statements, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
  • Payroll for 1 employee being the business owner
  • Secure cloud-based access to records
  • Month subscription to Quickbooks accounting software under our accountant profile to complete bookkeeping for the month (if you don’t have your own chosen software).
  • BAS lodgement only included after completing 3 consecutive months of our QuickBooks Online bookkeeping service. If not, please note that it is excluded and see separate service.
  • Priority email support during business hours

What You Need to Provide:

  • Access to your chosen accounting software, if you prefer for us to use your own accounting software
  • Receipts uploaded (we will provide you with access to securely upload your receipts)
  • Bank statements
  • Bank extract CSV file
  • Sales invoices and purchase invoices

Does Not Include:

  • Accounting software setup if using your own software – you will already have accounting software set up. See separate service.
  • Lodgement of BAS, unless you have 3 consecutive months of bookkeeping with us using QuickBooks Online. See separate service.
  • Payroll processing for additional employees. See separate service.
  • Tax return preparation. See separate service.
  • Business advice or consulting beyond basic bookkeeping queries
  • Physical receipt collection or data entry from paper records
  • Inventory management or stock takes
  • Debt collection or accounts receivable management

This purchase is subject to completion of Useful Money Stuff Accounting’s engagement agreement, which will be provided after purchase. A draft version can be downloaded here. We reserve the right to accept or decline clients based on our service capabilities and professional standards. Work will commence only upon mutual acceptance and signing of the engagement agreement. Refund available less merchant fees if engagement terms are not accepted or full refund if we are unable to proceed with your engagement.
